Local Inventory
Our network of Branches and Distribution Centers stocks over 215,000 product stock keeping units (SKUs). Each Branch tailors its inventory to meet local customer needs, typically stocking 4,000 to 8,000 SKUs. Every day, our fleet of vehicles delivers thousands of orders from our Branches to customer facilities and jobsites. In addition, our integrated supply capabilities enable WESCO Branches to access more than 1,000,000 products for direct shipment to customer locations.

Extra Effort Customer Service
WESCO's experienced staff of inside and outside sales representatives is based at our Branches to provide local sales support and extra effort customer service. Whether customers need answers to product questions, order tracking information, or custom services, our team is only a phone call or short drive away. WESCO sales personnel will work closely with you on the front end of every project, providing product information, specifications, material take-offs, drawing reviews, custom quotes, material staging, and jobsite inventory management services. Once you've made your purchase, you can count on us for support on the back end as well, both during installation and on a ongoing basis, to ensure that the products we deliver perform as expected.

Management Information Systems
Using WESNET, our Branch operation system, WESCO's sales personnel coordinate a full range of customer service, inventory, logistics, and administrative operations. The WESNET system operates as a distributed network of fully functioning operating units, and every Branch uses its own computer system to support local business activities. All Branch operations are linked through a wide area network to centralized inventory information from our Distribution Centers, other Branches, and an increasing number of online suppliers.

Service and Procurement Solutions
In conjunction with product sales, our Branches offer customers a wide range of services and procurement solutions that draw on our product and supply management expertise and systems capabilities. These services include national account programs, integrated supply programs, and major project programs. Our Branches can assist you with a wide range of supply management services, including:
