As a leading distributor of electrical supplies and integrated supply services, our long-term success is fostered by the integrity of our employees and the relationships they build with customers, suppliers and all stakeholders. Our "extra effort" approach to the way we develop these relationships translates to a mutual understanding and trust with our partners. In the end, it is these relationships and our "extra effort", built around a foundation of sound corporate governance practices, which will lead to expanding value for our shareholders.

This section of our website reflects our primary corporate governance documents, including the policies, charters and guidelines that our Board and its committees follow in their oversight and governance roles. The principle philosophy we follow as a Company is embodied in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. This Code is proactively communicated to all employees of WESCO annually. All employees are required to follow the Code and management personnel must affirmatively acknowledge their compliance in writing each year.

WESCO's Board and employees have always been committed to employing sound, ethical business practices. We will continue to evaluate, expand and improve our governance programs to promote fairness and integrity in everything we do.
