Bruckner collaborates with customers to design, develop, and implement cost effective outsource programs for MRO supply chain activities. Bruckner has extensive experience, dedicated resources, and a structured process to build successful programs. In recent years, our expertise has expanded from North American to include programs in Europe and Asia.

Procurement Services

Bruckner provides requisition to payment services. The bulk of our purchases are negotiated directly with manufacturers through our centralized strategic and tactical sourcing teams. Each account is provided dedicated process and field staff to ensure superior customer service. Bruckner achieves 100% electronic programs for all procurement and inventory management functions, through integration with customer systems, such as SAP or providing Bruckner developed turnkey programs. Bruckner has automated RFQ processes to regularly test market price and availability and a centralized expediting center, catalog programs to drive standardization and contract pricing administration.

Transaction Management

Bruckner reliably processes millions of transactions each year. Our unique business model and technology enable Bruckner to be a low cost scalable transaction management service.

Cost Savings Programs

Bruckner has a dedicated field organization to achieve year over year “total” cost savings. Savings is measured on a monthy basis. Bruckner has developed software to track and approve all projects, with E.B.I.T. impact value.

Supplier Development and Management Programs

Bruckner has an ongoing supplier development program, including diversity suppliers. We work closely with our large supply base to source the best materials, develop innovative cost effective solutions, and provide technical support.

Storeroom Programs

Bruckner operates tool cribs and storerooms in North America and Europe. From design through setup, Bruckner delivers effective inventory management programs, which lower operational costs and offer a wide range of point of use options. Our systems and processes support “lean” initiatives and inventory optimization programs. Over the last 30 years, Bruckner has developed a complete suite of software to track and manage material at all customer locations on a common database.
