A Dedicated Support Center
WESCO operates a centralized and dedicated communications support center to handle customer questions, field bid requests, and manage quotes. The support center is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, and our team of experts is available on-call around the clock, 24x7x365.
RUS-Trained
The USDA Rural Development electric program, through RUS (rural utility services) funding, provides leadership and capital to upgrade, expand, maintain, and replace America’s vast rural electric infrastructure. As part of this program, the USDA finances much of rural America’s telecommunications infrastructure, including broadband and advanced services.
WESCO’s communications support team is RUS-trained to help rural utilities maintain qualification for funding, and to meet the product requirements of the program.
